Review of my trip to Andaman with Thrillophilia

Before my wedding, I wanted to go to a beautiful exotic location for my pre-wedding shoot. After days of planning and searching, my fiance and I finalised to go to Andaman. My best friend advised me to book a package from Thrillophilia so that I will be able to focus more on myself and my wedding. She has been travelling with Thrillophilia for quite some time and assured me that it was going to be the best trip of my life.

For a day, me and my fiance only scrolled through the various Andaman packages on the site. Then we decided to go with the ‘Island Hopping in Andaman’ package for 6 days and 5 nights. It was the perfect package which included all the stunning destinations we wanted to explore like Neil Island, Port Blair and Havelock Island. Surprisingly, it was way cheaper than what we had in our mind, so that was a cherry on top. Not to forget, it also had really impressive Thrillophilia Andaman trip reviews which made me really excited for this trip.

The booking process was pretty easy. An agent contacted us, took our basic details as well as explained to us the entire itinerary. We completed the payment process and the other formalities and that’s it, our trip was ready!

Our Experience

Our journey began at Port Blair airport, where we met our driver. He gave us a really warm welcome and even congratulated us on our wedding. We headed towards our hotel which was so dreamy that I cannot even describe it. It was completely surrounded by lush greenery and our villa had a personal pool with an amazing view. I have to agree with the reviews of Andaman tour with Thrillophilia that they really exceed your expectations when it comes to accommodations.

After relaxing for a bit, we took around an hour to get ready to explore nearby places. Our shoot was going to start from tomorrow, so we had today completely to ourselves. We had a quick visit to popular attractions like Mount Manipur National Park and Naval Marine Museum. We ended the day by visiting the gorgeous Corbyn Cove Beach where we got to see a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed a romantic walk by the shore as well as had a few snacks, after which we returned to our hotel.

Day 2 was the day of our shoot which included a transfer to Havelock Island. We took a private ferry to reach the island as the public ones did not seem comfortable and clean enough. Havelock Island really is a gem that everyone should visit atleast once in their life. Without wasting a minute of the daylight, we started our shoot and got some really great clicks. During sunset, my fiance decided that he wanted a picture of him proposing to me. So now we have a beautiful photo of our proposal with a breathtaking sunrise in the background. I don’t care if it was for the sake of the picture, I am going to tell this to everyone all my life that he proposed to me twice. We stayed the night in a cute and cosy wooden hut from where we could see the beach.

After waking up to a beautiful view from our window, we quickly got dressed up to explore the Elephant Beach. This beach was as beautiful as any other beach in Andaman. We decided to give only an hour or two for photography as we wanted to spend the rest of our time enjoying fun water sports together. After completing our shoot, we started with a seaplane ride, admiring stunning panoramic views of the island. Then we enjoyed a few water sports like sea walking, jet skiing and parasailing. These three activities were tiring enough that we simply wished to go to the hotel and sleep.

On day 4, we were going to visit the much awaited destination, Neil Island. We decided to fully explore the island and make the most of it. We got some of our best pictures clicked here which looked straight out of a bollywood movie. After this, we tried glass bottom boating which was a fun experience. We ended our day by simply swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beach, giggling together and throwing each other in the water which was a core memory of our trip.

Day 5 of our itinerary included a sightseeing tour of Neil Island. We covered a lot of beautiful places like Sitapur Beach, Bharatpur Beach and Laxmanpur Beach. In the evening, we enjoyed a few drinks and simply admired the stunning nature around us. At night, we took a ferry back to Port Blair.

Day 6 was unfortunately the end of our trip and we were sad that we had to leave such an amazing place. But more than that we couldn’t wait to go back home, take our vows and start a new life together.
